Cosmic approaches to building a corporate safety culture

According to Russian statistics, about 3000 people die in their workplace in Russia every year. Traditionally, labor security departments have been trying to solve the problems that cause these deaths by creating multiple detailed instructions and internal orders. But, the problem of safety at work is not only following the rules and instructions, not only punishments and fines. First of all, it is the creation of a trusting and open environment for the conscious involvement of personnel in solving labor protection problems.
