Inviting Sergey Ryazanskiy to Orenburg, we wanted our employees to be able to take a fresh look at security issues and existing opportunities for interaction. We wanted them to get acquainted with the best practices of teamwork through a new format, by an example of an industry such as space exploration. 

Expectations were fully justified, we thank Sergey Nikolaevich for helping us to "reset". The dialogue concerning security through a space prism allowed the participants to draw parallels with their actions and once again drive the focus of our employees on our company values. 

I really enjoyed the speech! The segment on preparation and the amount of the exams to be passed amazed me greatly and it pushes to search for time and body reserves to improve oneself.

The segment on communication was brilliant. However, I did not prepare any questions ahead and there were too many colleagues asking theirs, so I blamed myself at the end. 
Tips on receiving, analyzing and memorizing huge amounts of information, fighting mental and physical exhaustion at work, training and recuperating after trauma were extremely useful.

Sergey does not teach how a person should they be, Sergey’s example transforms people just as they sit and listen. Me and my colleagues laughed, cried, felt amazed and shocked by obstacles that he had to overcome as much as his leadership and strength qualities. 
 It’s fair to say that his lecture is a heritage that will transform personalities, form teams and create leaders.  Thank you! This session will not be forgotten!

Amazing!!! Sergey Ryazanskiy is an extraordinary person!

The idea that there are no boundaries for a person on Earth is the core of the speech, a lot of course depends on the person himself and their team. I was also impressed by how he responds to questions, switching momentarily from technical-related issues to space food or his family life. Everything he shared was open, sincere and personal! I am very thankful to the organizers for the opportunity to meet such a PERSON!

Listening to the lecture of astronaut Sergey Ryazanskiy could be compared to a small shock therapy of your consciousness, when you are told about security through the prism of space and this information is shared by a person whose profession was your childhood dream.  Everything is perceived so brightly, interestingly and most importantly, thoughtfully in comparison with your routine action/inaction, that the “reboot” made us look more responsibly at the creation of conditions that ensure both my own safety and the staff around me.

I shared the acquired knowledge (that was presented on the highest level) and my impressions with colleagues, relatives and friends. Some were surprised, but I myself was pleased that my company uses such non-standard approaches to typical and routine issues. I liked everything, I can’t highlight something separately: the presentation of the material, the speaker himself, Q&A...  Everything was so interesting that the time spent at this meeting flew by unnoticed.
